The idea of this is to take some classic beer styles and traditional food pairing but just Funk it up a bit. We will have 4 Funk Estate beers on tap all paired up with different food options. It will be a tasting flight of four beers to go with a 2 sliders, side of Mac & Cheese, and a dessert.
This will consist of a double IPA heavily NZ hopped paired with a smoked brisket slider, a pilsner paired with a nashville hot chicken slider, Tea infused sour paired with a rich creamy mac & cheese, and a affogato stout paired with a warm brownie s'mores dessert.
