Manmer 4.5% Mango ice cream sour Mango ice cream sour! Creamy goodness with delicious mango added to the brew. This one is made with X yeast instead of the traditional lacto bacteria. This gives heaps of fruity flavours and is a fun way to break out of the norm of traditional kettle sours!
Barrel Ride 6% Barrel Aged Sour What a ride! This is by far the most in depth sour we have ever done. Magic Bean Based - Coffee, Cacao and Vanilla bean stout soured in 13 year old Tennessee Whisky Barrels and then transferred to sit in 300kg of boysenberries to rest for a month.
