Established in 2002 by Kieran McCauley and Belinda Gould, the Brew Moon Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery and taproom in Amberley, North Canterbury. We are North Canterbury's only craft brewery, producing an established range of high quality, popular beer styles alongside a selection of more exotic seasonal brews. Belinda and Kieran have recently been joined in the brewery by their two sons, Toby and Oscar — so the Brew Moon remains a true family business.

|Sour Face Feijoa Gose||5%||N/A IBU||Gose||A good whack of locally grown feijoa's atop a fairly classic Gose base. Punchy aromatics with a refreshing tartness.|
|Truffle-infused Golden Ale||5%||N/A IBU||Pale Ale||The largest truffle ever found in New Zealand was dug up just down the road from our brewery in June. Luckily the guys at Kings Truffles are regulars in our taproom and were excited about putting it in one of our beers! One for the culture vultures.|
|Czech Please Pilsner||5%||44 IBU||Pilsner||A kiwi take on a Czech classic, with New Zealand hops supplementing a more traditional European base. The aromatics from the Wai-iti dominated hop blend are light and floral ahead of a crisp, refreshing palate and a light, dry finish.|
|Wolf of Washington APA||5.8%||50 IBU||Pale Ale||A fresh, fruity American Pale Ale with its hop roots firmly embedded in Washington State. Citrus and grapefruit hop flavours, vibrant mouthfeel and a long finish round out this flavoursome APA.|
|Dark Side of the Moon Stout||6%||37 IBU||Stout||A smooth, round and creamy Stout with a full body and great mouth-feel. Dark malts give a toasted character which softens into notes of chocolate, coffee and molasses through the body of the beer.|
|Sitting Bull American IPA||7%||71 IBU||IPA||An American-hopped IPA with a lot of grunt. The Sitting Bull opens up with citrus and tropical hop flavour, followed by a big body with plenty of mouthfeel, and finishing with a good smack of bitterness.|
|US 101 Imperial IPA||10.1%||101 IBU||IPA||An imperial IPA inspired by our brewers road trip up the US101 from Santa Barbara, CA to Bellingham, WA. Like many of the beers she found along the highway, this IPA is full of fruity American hops atop a pretty alcoholic, rich, caramel base. 101 IBU's and 10.1% ABV pay homage to the US 101.|
