Bach Brewing began nearly five years ago and is located in Auckland. Owned by a couple of mates, and led by beer chief Craig Cooper who was always destined for beer with a name like his. Bach Brewing creates beers loaded with flavour across a variety of beer styles and always in harmony. Bach has picked up a cabinet full of medals including six best in class champion trophies.

All Day XPA 4.6% 30 IBU XPA Bach All Day XPA is brewed with extra pale barley malts and loaded with aromatic New Zealand and American hops. Medium-light body with ale malt flavour and the fruit & citrus refreshment of our fruit driven hop selection. Ideal to quench a summer thirst or wash away a hard day without bogging you down.
Billfish APA 5.8% 38 IBU APA Billfish crams as many A's as we can into it, featuring hops from America, Australia, Aotearoa and malts from Anglia (England). Although slightly lower in alcohol than an IPA, this beer still has good weight and great flavour, with juicy stonefruit and tropical notes and very refreshing. Shaka Lager 4.5% 25 IBU Local Lager Inspired by the spirit of the shaka – a gesture of kia ora, mateship and good karma. Often used by surfers and commonly known as ‘hang loose’. Shaka's are kind of like waving, except your thumb and pinkie finger protrude from a fist. "Shaka Bro" can translate to 'hello', 'what's up' and 'chur bro’, or ‘let’s have a drink’ Sparkling golden in colour, aroma’s of citrus and peach, and a hint of honey this lager is crisp, dry, sessionable and very refreshing.
Driftwood Pacific Pale Ale 5.0% 32 IBU Pale Ale On the nose blend of tropical fruits including passionfruit, mango and lychee with a touch of citrus and pine. Tailfin American IPA 6.5% 55 IBU IPA Cruising on a juicy base of Gladfield malts  and using an all-american dream team of hops, tropical aromas leap from the glass think of pineapple and passionfruit, with just a hint of fresh grass. The palate has a full whack of hop flavours, brimming with stone fruit and citrus zest. Gold Medal 2016 Australian International Beer Awards  
Beyond the Clouds 6.4% 60 IBU West Coast style IPA Brewed with juicy Maris Otter malts and loaded with those big name US hops; Centennial, US Cascade and Amarillo, with a touch of relatively new Idaho 7. Characters include floral, citrus, pine and a touch of black tea. 
Kingtide Pacific IPA 7.0% 70 IBU IPA True to its Pacific genre, Kingtide weaves a balance between the tropical fruit of the NZ hops and the citrus-pine of the US hops. At 7 per cent, its sweet, mellow, with a broad pillowy mouthfeel. It delivers a multi-layered experience of floral, fruity and charmingly rugged bitterness. Velvet Marley 6.4% 25 IBU Fruit Stout Inspired by a Cherry Ripe chocolate bar, but we dispensed with the coconut. Someone described as a Jelly Tip with dark chocolate. Brewed with rish and dark malts, juicy cherries, raspberries, boysenberries and Central American Cacao. Chocolate and berries on the nose, which follow through coating the palate with rich warmth.
Crayporter 5.6% 30 IBU Crayfish Porter Probably the only beer in the world brewed with Crayfish. Crayporter is a generous style, packed with coffee and chocolate flavours from the eight specialty malts, with subtle briny characters care of over one hundred crayfish that went into it. Witsunday 5.6% 30 IBU Blonde IPA Witsunday is a thirst quenching hopped-up Witbier. A cloudy fusion of wheat and Pilsner malts. Pouring a golden yellow with tropical aromas of melon, banana and dried hay. The palate is full and creamy with a great soft hop aroma care of the US and NZ hops. Hopsmacker Brett IPA 9.0% 50 IBU Barrel Aged Brettanomyces IPA Hopsmacker Double IPA was laid to rest in French Oak in August 2017, and it's been quietly doing it's thing since. We know Bretanomyces has had it's wicked way. Yet to extract the final beer from the barrel, and the mystery will be revealed for first tasting at Beervana 2018.
