|Roggenbeir - Sawmill||4.8%||German Amber Beer||Our take on an historical German beer style. This hazy amber beer gives strong aromas of dark rye bread, banana, and spice. A tart, spritzy finish helps to balance the toasty malt characters and low bitterness.|
|Red IPA - Sawmill||6.4%%||Red IPA||Brewed for shorter Autumn days, this beer balances a rich red malt base with a cominbation of NZ and US hops picked for their stonefruit pine, and citrus character. The result is lush and balances with a moderate bittewrness. So rich and malty but dry and hoppy, this beer is the best of both worlds.|
|Two percent RED - Sawmill||2%||Red Ale||A low alcohol hoppy red ale with resin, pine, and berry notes from the hops. The malt base is a bit roasty and finished relatively full with a pleasing carbonation.|
|Hibiscus Passionfruit Gose - Sawmill||4.5%||Gose||A tropical fruit punch of a sour beer, brewed with Hibuscus flowers and passionfruit. Munich malte provides complexity to this fruity and refreshing brew.|
|India Pale Ale - Sawmill||5.8%||IPA||Pale golden colour with a foamy white head. Light biscuit malt notes carry the hops. A mix of American Citra and NZ Cascade hops give the beer a bright and vibrant citrus burst. Crisp and drinkable. Lower in alcohol than most IPAs.|
