Beervana 2026 Call for Artists
Beervana is on the lookout for performers for the 2026 festival on the 21-22 August. This year we are moving away from stages and are planning pop-up performances around the concourse. Think an Irish pub seisiún, an Americana jam on hay bales, a gypsy jazz band in a speakeasy, a Balkan wedding band, or a sea shanty choir bellowing in the corner. The kind of music that finds you, rather than music you go looking for.
We want performers who thrive in the thick of it. No barriers between you and the audience. Just great music, great beer, and people who are genuinely delighted to stumble upon something brilliant.
WHAT WE'RE AFTER
Live Music
Solo performers up to four or five-piece acts who bring energy, character, and a strong sense of identity. A sound and look that transports people somewhere. Acts comfortable playing short, roving, or repeated sets across the day. Acoustic or semi-acoustic with limited amplification, and at home in a lively, bustling environment. We'll consider larger ensembles if the concept is compelling enough.
Roaming Theatre
We're also on the hunt for roving theatre. Unexpected encounters, offbeat characters, and moments of surprise that stop people in their tracks and send them off grinning. If you can add a spark of the bizarre, the playful, or the wonderfully absurd to a festival full of great beer, we want to hear from you.
What this isn’t
This isn't a headline slot. There's no stage, no spotlight, no PA stack. It's something more interesting than that. It's atmosphere-making.
Expressions of interest will be open from the end of April through May.
