Choice Bros. Brewing

We took 50l of high proof rum and aged it in 4 char oak barrels, after we skinned and zested a lot of limes and aged the skins in the rum. All of this was added to a vibrant and punchy stout with some ginger to create the flavour of a Dark 'n' Stormy

Black Pearl

Space Cowboy is Choice Bros biggest beer. It's known for the passionfuit flavour that is imbued into the Kohia Nelson hops and paired with the classic Mosaic. So we have taken that, doubled the dry hop rate and fermented it with passionfruit to really level this bad boy up.

Smoothie Sours have taken over the USA by storm. There is a good reason for that. 40 of this beer is pure fruit puree and you can tell. If big fruity flavours are your thing. This is the beer for you

Dreams

The viognier grapes come through as an aroma of apricot, honey and cinnamon. Strong bodied, deep sour flavour with an aromatic wine finish to taste

Drop The Game

Clean, crisp and super refreshing. This lager takes it's inspiration from the American Lagers that leave you wanting more. A light whirlpool addition of Mosaic adds a hint of hoppiness to an otherwise traditional drop.

Perfect Day

We are bringing back an old Choice Bros classic. This is a Red IPA, packed full of ginger that brings in another element to what is already a punchy style. Piney, citrusy and a strong red malt backbone, this beer does it all
