Running from Tuesday 18th through Thursday 20th, we'll be pouring a full line-up of beers from craft breweries around Aotearoa, showcasing a wide range of different Froth Tech yeast strains. It's a chance to taste how different yeasts shape flavour, aroma, character, and texture across a range of beer styles, all in one place.
Thursday 20th: Come and meet the yeast farmers behind Froth Tech, Ryan and Simon. Talk brewing, fermentation and all things yeast, ask questions, swap stories, or just enjoy a pint with fellow brewers and beer lovers.
