Pho Mo was inspired to create something different, a modern take on Vietnamese and Asian-style street food.
We wanted to create a brand that made fresh food, fast, healthy and affordable for everyone.

Head chef Chong has been a staple in Wellington restaurants for over 20 years, working at well known spots like '88' and 'Little Penang'. To PHO MO customers he is known as 'The Broth Master'.
