In the lead up to Beervana, Two Grey and Shining Peak Brewing come together to create a collaborative tasting experience that celebrates the depth, character, and complexity of barrel-aged beers. This is not a formal dinner, but a curated journey designed to be social, fluid, and driven by discovery.

Guests will move freely through a series of tasting stations, each pairing a specialist barrel-aged beer with a dish designed to complement and elevate its unique profile. From bright, fruit-led sour ales to richly layered whisky barrel stouts, the progression invites guests to explore how barrel ageing transforms flavour, texture, and aroma.
